At ApexPulse Boosting, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer refunds under specific circumstances detailed below. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not started within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • We are unable to complete the service as described in the product description.
  • The service provided was not completed to the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., wrong rank achieved, wrong camo unlocked).
  • You request a refund before the order has been started by one of our pilots.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You are not satisfied with the service but it was completed as described.
  • The service is partially completed, in which case a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • You provided incorrect account information, leading to delays or issues with service completion.
  • Your account receives a suspension or ban for reasons unrelated to our service (e.g., previous infractions, toxic behavior). Our services are 100% hand-played and do not violate game terms of service.
